On April 26th, the 2025 Suzhou Global Investment Promotion Conference with the theme of "Investing in Suzhou, Winning the Future" was held. Governor Xu Kunlin attended the conference and delivered a speech. During the conference, Suzhou awarded plaques to 10 foreign-funded and Hong Kong, Macao, and Taiwan enterprise research institutes in recognition of their technological breakthroughs and industrial contributions in key fields. Aosheng Technology, with years of core technology research and industrialization capabilities in the field of carbon fiber composite materials, has made its "Suzhou Aosheng Technology High Performance Carbon Fiber Composite Material Technology Research Institute" one of the foreign-funded research institutes that has been awarded a centralized license. Carbon fiber composite materials, as the core supporting materials for strategic emerging industries, are widely used in low altitude economy, new energy equipment, high-end manufacturing and other fields. However, this field has long been constrained by foreign technology blockades and product monopolies, and the process of domestic industrial chain autonomy urgently needs to be accelerated.

In this context, Suzhou Aosheng Hi-tech High Performance Carbon Fiber Composite Materials Technology Research Institute takes "filling the domestic technology gap and breaking through international monopolies" as its mission, focusing on the research and industrial application of high-performance carbon fiber composite materials.

The establishment of Suzhou Aosheng Hi-tech High Performance Carbon Fiber Composite Materials Technology Research Institute will further accelerate the transformation of scientific and technological achievements into actual productivity. Through a collaborative innovation model led by products, efficiently integrating upstream and downstream resources of the industrial chain, promoting the large-scale application of carbon fiber composite materials in fields such as wind turbine blades, new energy vehicles, and hydrogen energy storage and transportation, injecting new momentum into Suzhou's efforts to build a global advanced manufacturing highland.

The awarding of the Foreign Investment Research Institute is an important measure for Suzhou to deepen its opening-up and innovation, and promote the implementation of the "dual carbon" strategy.
