The bidding process is as follows: invitation to bid → acceptance of invitation → bidding quotation → opening of bids → evaluation of bids → negotiation of bids → determination of winning bidder and share ratio → signing of contract;

The bidding party shall organize the bid opening and require the bidders to arrive at the site during the bid opening. At that time, the evaluation committee shall be organized to evaluate the bid and evaluate the winning bidder based on the comprehensive indicators of the bidders' quotations, quality, delivery time, payment methods, services, etc. After winning the bid, send a notification of award to the bidding unit and sign the contract.

3、 Qualification requirements for bidders

3. Willing and capable to provide our company with the products and services purchased for this project, and recognize and voluntarily comply with our company's supervision and management regulations for suppliers;

4. Should have the necessary funds, equipment, personnel, and professional technical capabilities to fulfill the contract;

5. Having the ability and reputation to sign and fulfill contracts, and possessing good debt bearing capacity;

6. Not included in the list of dishonest persons subject to enforcement, not included in the list of abnormal business operations of enterprises, not included in the list of dishonest persons subject to enforcement and not restricted from consumption, not included in our company's dishonest blacklist;

7. Two or more legal persons with the same legal representative (husband, wife, and other direct relatives are considered the same person), parent company and subsidiary companies, and companies with the same shareholders shall not participate in this project simultaneously.

8. Meet all qualifications and requirements of our company's procurement documents and possess all legal and valid qualifications required to fulfill the contract.

4、 Requirements for registration and bidding documents:

1. Registration: Interested partners can contact the Procurement Management Department before January 14, 2025 to obtain the bidding documents.

2. Requirements for bidding documents

(1) The bidding documents should be prepared in accordance with our company's format requirements, and all documents must be uniformly stamped with the bidder's official seal, with consecutive page numbers.

(2) The bidding documents should include: technical proposal and business proposal.

(3) Regardless of whether the bidder wins the bid or not, the bidding documents submitted by the bidder will not be returned.
